Warrum’s Cleaning was established in 2000, as the owner, Tim, was completing his junior year in high school.

When he first began the business, his focus was providing pressure washing services within the community.

After completing his undergrad at Anderson University, Tim began to see a growing need in cleaning / junk removal services and decided to expand the services his company offered.

Married in 2010 to his wife, LeAne, Warrum’s Cleaning has become a family business as LeAne oversees the residential cleaning services.

The initial step Tim took in high school has led to many satisfied clients and businesses by building long-term relationships in assisting them with their cleaning needs. Warrum’s strives for customer satisfaction in everything they do.

Alongside from owning and operating the business, Tim has worked as a public servant since 2008. He does not take integrity lightly and he is committed to testing and measuring his values, ethics, and actions as he serves the government and the public. Tim is one who is trustworthy, reliable, and humbled.
